"Nada-Brahma-System"

The "Nada-Brahma-System" is a kind of music-therapy or self-therapy approach that was introduced to Europe in the 1980's by the South Indian scientist and musician, Dr. Vemu Mukunda. The effect of sound on the human body and consciousness is the main theme of the "Nada-Brahma-System.” The sound of your own voice – especially in connection with the "individual ground note" as a link between the emotions and the body is shown as being of outstanding importance.
By doing the exercises of the "Nada-Brahma-System," mental equilibrium is enhanced and emotional blockages can be removed. In addition to that, the exercises can also have a positive effect on psychosomatic disorders.
